Important: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged!

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible on 027 450 9661. We will take note of your rescheduling or cancellation and get back to you as soon as possible (within the clinic's opening hours).

If this is your first visit, there are several points to go over to ensure your session goes smoothly:

You will receive a link via email to fill out a health form. Please complete it ideally 2-3 days before your appointment.
Please bring any health imaging (X-rays, MRIs, scans, etc.).
We accept cash, EFTPOS, or bank transfers. No credit cards are accepted.
We are located in the same communal building as the Clevedon Business Hub, with a large parking lot next to the clinic. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
When you come up the ramp our door is on the left of the building. Luke the practice manager or one of our assistants will be there to welcome you.
